One-on-one, face-to-face time is essential to our well-being and is highly effective for dealing with life stresses. In my therapy sessions, we will work together to improve positive thinking and behavior and “re-frame” your reactions using valuable tools.
Families are all about relationships, between family members, as well as the dynamic of different groups within the family and the family as a whole. We will all work together using emotional coaching and guidance to develop adaptive patterns of communication while repairing and restoring relationships.
